Once a month, Earth Llistening is scheduled at a more convenient time for Australian & Asian times. We hope you'll join us to share the experience of listening closely to the Earth right where we live.

This week on Wednesday in our Earth Listening Circle we  will take a look at Disappointment. Disappointments can be difficult to accept. It can be hard to realize that we have had "wrong" expectations of someone, or that we have disappointed someone that we care about. One solution would be to have no expectations, and be firm that no one should have them of us. That way you could attempt to avoid this painful experience, but would this lead to a more satisfying life?
So, what do we do when we experience disappointment? Unresolved it can lead to frustration, bitterness and resentment. Could it be, though, that we could treat disappointment as a door to something else? The Buddhist teacher, Chogyam Trungpa has written about disappointment that, “If we can open, then we suddenly begin to see that our expectations are irrelevant compared with the reality of the situations we are facing.” What does the Earth have to say about disappointment? Perhaps she can offer us some wisdom to handle our own experiences.
You are very welcome to join us in this enriching exploration of our connection to the Earth.

We'll send you the Zoom link the day of the event.
This circle will run once a month on the first Wednesday of the month. Here is the time in your zone https://everytimezone.com/s/59841f88
