• Jun 18, 2022 from 9:30am to 4:30pm
  • Location: University of Cumbria, Lancaster Campus
  • Latest Activity: May 19

This event is an opportunity for members and volunteers from the Deep Adaptation Forum and UK based signatories to the Scholars' Warning to meet face to face and explore their experiences of and responses to our predicament.

Kat Soares, the current Core Team Coordinator of the Deep Adaptation Forum, will be hosting this event on behalf of Jem Bendell.

The event will utilise Open Space Technology to enable co-creation of the agenda and for each attendee to bring their own questions to the gathering and invite connection and conversation around shared interests and curiosities

This event will take place immediately following the Leadership and Deep Adaptation Course which will take place in nearby Ambleside from June 13th to June 17th with Jem Bendell and Katie Carr.  The course will be an exploration of individual and collective responses to our predicament that are grounded in curiosity, compassion and respect. For information on this Course you can go here

This open space event will take place at the Lancaster Campus of the University of Cumbria on Saturday June 18th (Sentamu Building). Light refreshments will be provided during the event.
