Science describes an interconnected, inter-penetrating and unfolding universe, and yet we tend to experience ourselves as separate and fragile, especially as we contemplate collapse.
So how do we connect more deeply with all that we are, and resource ourselves in that which is unbroken, so that we can be more present in love, to that which is broken and breaking our hearts?
Wider Embraces is a collective, guided meditation, which allows us to experience, explore, align and reflect upon different aspects of our being. We evoke and explore the physical, the biological, the cultural, the collective and planetary perspectives, which facilitates a greater sense of belonging and alignment between them, and then we share the insights that arise from exploring these perspectives, in a Deep Listening format.
Join hosts Kat Soares and Matthew Painton for a series of weekly meetings where we will explore our Wider Embraces and facilitate insightful conversations. Experienced and new meditators are welcome, although Wider Embraces is a meditation technique and group process unlike any other we know of. Optimal group size is 8-12 people, we expect some regulars and some drop in, one-off attenders; all are welcome.
Booking is to limit group size to 12 people, if you have trouble getting a ticket please contact Matthew.
